Malik, Inc. is a people-first consulting firm dedicated to making software feel human. Our founder, Basil Malik, didn’t set out to be a consultant. His journey into CRM began in 2013 as what he calls a Bob Ross “happy accident.” A recruiter introduced him to a role he hadn’t planned on, but one that revealed his calling: connecting with people, asking tough but empathetic questions, and finding creative solutions others often overlooked.

Since then, Basil has led more than seventy CRM projects — spanning manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, and beyond. What unites these clients isn’t their industry; it’s their commitment to putting people first and their readiness to tackle operational complexity head-on.

Along the way, he discovered what makes Malik, Inc. unique: we aren’t here to push technology for technology’s sake. We’re here for those “ah hah!” moments when people realize there’s a better way forward — and they embrace it. That joy, that shift from resistance to gratitude, is what fuels our work.
