Intellistack Streamline examples
It’s very easy to look at a solution like Streamline and think, “well – you can quite literally do everything, so, how am I supposed to evaluate whether or not Streamline is the appropriate fit for me?
We agree.
Which is why we published this page. This will act as a repository for all of the examples we create for prospects starting March 2026 and going forward. We would love to showcase work before that; however, we do not have necessary agreements in place to do so.
Automated Document Request and Fulfillment
A prospect was interested in shifting the burden of fulfilling document requests from their staff to a more automated approach.
The request process was increadibly high administrative burden with minimal wins in building a better relationship with their customers. In fact, it became a risk during busier seasons.
They decided to pursue Streamline to handle the dynamic document creation for their customers by connecting Streamline to their CRM. Below outlines the flow mechanics:
- The initial form experience is abbreviated. This allowed their external CRM to “catch” the data from the form and analyze information and settings in their existing CRM system, perform any matching required (the form isn’t gated/protected), and return the result back to the user to continue their request.
- The continued experience presented the returned information to the user. If correct, they could move on to the next step in the process. If it was not correct, they had a chance to amend that data (which would amend it in the CRM as well).
- Depending on the type, it presented three paths: customers, vendors, and other.
- End-users had the option to self-select which forms would get generated.
- Created a feedback survey that was sent to the requestor to ensure they got exactly what they needed – further increasing trust in the prospect’s company and enriching the relationship with their customer/vendor.
The overall outcome creates an enriched end-user experience while getting documentation to their customers on-demand. As an outcome and based on volume, the prospect estimated that they would be able to avoid 2.3 FTEs worth of cost ($120,000/year for their area) to simple fulfill document requests based on their volume – enabling team members to spend more time in customer-facing activities insetad of administrative busywork that was subject to a high degree of risk for user error.
